We have a tech park in the Ranu village, which was created as a part of a greenfield project targeted for future growth. Phase 1 of this park comprises the setup for expanded sheet metal and machining. Here, we have also installed a powder coating plant and setup for sheet metal fabrication.

What is ZENEZ V+

It is the technology used by us for the production of avant-garde products. Its use in various processes is given below:

1. Pre-Machining Process

In addition to assisting users with quick setups of tool magazines using the tool manager app, we teach them how to load and type tools using our teach-in mode. Zenez provides operators with a wide range of features that are now easy to use. We now offer 9 levels of predefined servo tuning for precise control over the operation needs of the programmer by using our new machining condition selection app.

2. During Machining

In this process, the users benefit from the use of the downtime analysis app with DTE Popup (Down Time Entry) as they are able to identify all possible shortages in the factory that were resulting in the machine getting idle.
It provides users with rich information while the machine is working. The information can be the count of current parts versus target, tool life cycle count, etc.
It assists the users in checking several parts made along with alerting them at the time of checking the tools for wear.

3. Post Machining

Various reports are provided by Zenez daily to the supervising team. With this new feature, the machine can now display a summary of utilization and downtime and export the same to a USB or SD card.

4. Diagnosis

Zenez offers I/O and PLC Bit app for quick and easy access to required data thus ensuring fast and efficient service support. It also provides the machine usage history.

5. Maintenance

We provide a checklist for the machines for daily, monthly, and quarterly operations. It acts as a preventive care and gives good returns on the investments.
An indicator is built into the Zenez home screen for stopping the machines in case routine checks are not done.
An alarm search is also available for finding the reason and remedy of the alarm.
The automatic backup function assists in setting the backup schedule as per your requirements.
